Our Thanksgiving Table

This is what will be on it...

It's going to be a Mexican Food Fiesta over here on Thursday!  No one in my family really loves turkey (except Eric, poor guy!), so we decided to buck the usual Thanksgiving trends.  Carne Asada, pico de gallo, guacamole, margaritas and all the fixins!!  We are SO excited.  What are all of you doing for Thanksgiving?  Going traditional or bucking the turkey trend like us?  Do share, and have a happy Tuesday!

  1. Traditional all of the way!! Poor Eric. I'll send him some turkey in the mail. :P

  2. We are going traditional because we are getting together with friends. Before this plan, however, we were also going to do Mexican!

  3. I was thinking about dropping acid and staring at the border to your blog. ;)

  5. Getting turkey and some sides from Bobby Q's. Supplementing with some additional homemade sides and desserts. We're getting together with my friends who just had twins and their parents. Too much to cook for so many. Read: feeling slightly guilty for cheating.

  6. Oh, don't feel guilty! I'm ordering my carne from a carniceria, and it comes completely seasoned and cooed. We literally pick it up 30 mins before we eat it on Thursday. That's the ultimate in cheating =) BobbyQ's sounds YUMMY!
